Job Position: Program Director - Non Profit

Location: Pontiac, MI 48341

Pay Rate: $55,000.00-$60,000.00

Overview:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of a non-profit program focused on trauma-informed care.

• Supervise program staff and provide support to residents.

• Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program goals and policies.

• Manage program activities and staff.

• Provide direct services to residents.

• Engage the community in prevention work.

• Foster and maintain community partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work (MSW, LMSW, LCSW)

• 3-4 years of experience in trauma-informed care or group care

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact  

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
