We are a leading digital eCommerce agency. Our projects division specializes in complex projects for large Shopify implementations, replatforming projects and redesigns. We are seeking an experienced Program Director to further elevate our project management capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of client projects.
What are we looking for?
As the Program Director, you will lead our project management and business analysis teams, overseeing the successful execution of complex eCommerce projects. You'll be responsible for implementing and refining our project management processes - from discovery through to post-launch, fostering our culture of collaboration, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project governance.
The Program Director is primarily responsible for ensuring meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities, and out-of-the-box thinking. You will oversee the delivery of high-impact eCommerce projects to our clients and help our clients navigate complex challenges.
In this position, you will work directly with clients and on internal strategic initiatives that accelerate our pace of delivering client value. You will partner with the Managing Director, team leadership and the sales team to plan, prioritize, and execute these initiatives.

Day to day responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Develop, refine and implement project management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Oversee multiple complex eCommerce replatforming projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to align project delivery with business goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget
- Manage client relationships at a strategic level
- Drive continuous improvement on project management processes
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Provide regular reports on project status, risks and opportunities to senior management
- Provide thought leadership to clients regarding the solutions we propose, the client project initiatives, prioritization we advocate for, agile task execution model, etc.
- Leverage your expertise to help clients drive transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution
- Identify opportunities for business growth and actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage Anatta’s resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs and drive value
- Manage client and Anatta team expectations, day in and out, and help clear roadblocks to success
- Facilitate planning processes to create project plans and release plans aligning with strategic objectives and priorities
- Champion our continuous improvement mindset. Facilitate problem-solving to identify root causes of issues and ensure countermeasures address the problem effectively
- Design, pilot, and roll out new processes, best practices, standards, and KPIs as needed to improve team efficiency and effectiveness while avoiding unnecessary duplication of/variation from standard processes
- Evaluate team agile development practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute a visible plan for their achievement
- Co-author and execute change management and pilot plans. Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing projects of increasing complexity within a project management role
- 2 years in program / portfolio management
- 3 years experience in eCommerce
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Cross-functional team and people management
- Budget and financial management, including profit/loss, and earned value management
Additional qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Marketing
- Experience working at a professional services company such as a marketing agency or consulting firm
- Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities

Physical demands requirements
Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationary desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
The annual salary range of $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD is commensurate to several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to years of experience, skill set / qualifications, and geographical work location considering differences in cost of living, therefore, actual base pay offered may vary.
