Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years post-masters work experience in the behavioral health and criminal justice field with progressively increasing responsibilities, preferably with the target population. Previous management and supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of treatment, rehabilitation, and community support programs as they relate to recipients/residents, families, and staff.

Ability to develop, evaluate, implement, and modify treatment intervention to meet the needs of individual recipients.

Experience managing and supervising program staff in a community mental health setting.

Well-developed clinical competence in evidence-based and recovery-oriented practices for high-risk, high-needs individuals in behavioral health settings.

Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports.

Proficient in electronic health records, preferably Foothold Technology AWARDS.

Fluency in Spanish preferred.
