We're searching for an organized problem solver to help coordinate our daily operations in Assonet, MA.
We value everything you bring to the table, and we offer a competitive salary of $22.00 - $31.48/hour (based on experience, education, and Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification).
Shift Differentials:
- Second shift Monday - Friday: $2.00 per hour
- Third shift Monday - Friday: $1.00
- All Shifts Saturday and Sunday: $3.00 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred criteria:
- A college degree
- Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or MAP certification
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with adults diagnosed with a chronic condition such as an acquired brain injury (ABI) or intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/D)
PROGRAM DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your on-call schedule is generally Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility. When you're not on-call, you typically work Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility.
As our Program Director, you contribute to the growth and well-being of adults with disabilities. This is a dynamic position where you skillfully oversee the various administrative, clinical, and therapeutic operations of our group home, delivering exceptional home health care to our residents.
You coordinate residents' routines and maintain an organized structure in their days. Attentively, you oversee therapeutic program delivery to guarantee quality, crafting programs to meet each person's individual service plan (ISP). Encouraging positive behavior, you foster a cohesive approach to home health care and make sure our residents' needs are appropriately met.
