Our client is seeking a Program Director to drive success and growth in their financial services division.
Responsibilities of the Program Director - Financial Industry will include:
- Lead and manage Account Managers and third-party content writers to ensure high performance and alignment with program objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for client groups, maintaining strong relationships and addressing needs and challenges.
- Oversee project management, from strategic advice to monitoring campaign metrics and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and oversee quality control of design files and proofs.
- Drive business development by identifying upsell opportunities and attending client events.
Qualifications of the Program Director - Financial Industry:
- 8+ years of project management experience with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Suite.
- Experience in the financial services industry, marketing, or content creation is a plus, but not required.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly $75K + Commission
