We are excited to add a role to serve as an Interim Program Director in our communities. Joining our team in this role will allow you to travel, meet and mentor fantastic team members while growing professionally. The right candidate will enjoy 80-90% travel while serving in an interim Program Director Role.
We are without a doubt the most premier senior housing organization, and are a dream come true for an experienced Program Director for our Assisted Living Program. Our Program Director will not only provide supervision of the care delivered by our Naya’s but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.

Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse required
- Proven survey history
- Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations
- Proven Leader
- Team Builder
- Experienced Educator
- Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel and online systems
- Great communication skills
