A Social Service organization is on the lookout for a driven Program Director to head our dynamic team at our Article 29i clinic located right in the heart of The Bronx. Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations while complying with regulatory standards.
• Provide clinical supervision to social workers, psychologists, and support staff.
• Develop protocols ensuring service excellence.
• Utilize data analytics for program enhancements.
• Coordinate client-focused team meetings regularly
• Manage budgeting effectively alongside resource allocation
• Strengthen partnerships across community organizations
• Deliver hands-on clinical services when needed

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Active New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• At least five years' experience clinician background with two or more years' managerial exposure
