Job Description
A federal client is seeking a Program Director to manage a social services program for unaccompanied children (UC). Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Program Director will be responsible for program oversight including managing all departments, managing the leadership teams, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with ORR. The Program Director will also directly interface with federal contacts, report on program progress to the government and executive leadership.

Skills and Requirements
Masters degree (preferably in sociology, social work, psychology or other related field)
Three years of experience managing a social services program
Valid drivers license
Experience conducting home visits
Experience working with diverse cultures and LGBTQ communities.
Comfortable traveling to various regions throughout the US.
Comfortable being on call 24/7 as the main escalation point. ORR program management experience
Bilingual in both english and spanish null
