Program Director -Outpatient - Northeast Family Services

Northeast Family Services, an established and growing organization with offices in 9 states, is seeking an Outpatient Program Director to support the agency's mission and core values!

The Program Director OP, in partnership with the AVP of MA and the rest of the senior management team, is responsible to provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient program.

Qualifications:

• Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or licensed Psychologist) 
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity
• Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Ability to effectively lead and develop staff
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
