Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. The F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS) is our premier Electronic Warfare (EW) system within the TACAIR product line. Though initial development is complete and production is underway, we continue to improve EPAWSS and to add new capabilities to the system. The Program Engineering Manager will lead our Continuous Development and Integration (CD&I) multi-discipline engineering efforts in Cognitive EW and Advanced EW as well as parallel efforts to add Software Defined Radio (SDR) capabilities to the system.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience in leading software and/or firmware development, integration, and verification test efforts within EW or similar systems.
+ SECRET clearance required with ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
+ Experience in leading agile development efforts.
+ Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Experience in developing or sustaining EW products.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
