The Agricultural Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program offers unique opportunities in Scientific, Technical, and Agricultural support for individuals aged 55 and over to support the Department of Agriculture?s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) through a grant administered program awarded to National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions). This is a unique program where your talents, expertise, and experience will truly be valued. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience in Financial Management or Record Keeping. OR BA/BS Degree in Financial Management, Record Keeping, Business Administration.
Duties: Duties will be performed from the NRCS State Office in Auburn, AL. This position is responsible for providing support to the State Financial Resource Specialist performing various duties related to program fiscal management and analysis. This position is responsible for the generation, retrieval, and review of financial reports and other data that represent the financial transactions for Farm Bill programs, grants, and agreements. Demonstrates and maintains knowledge, support, and awareness of the Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights policy.
