Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst I to support our program management efforts within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment. The successful candidate will provide essential organizational, administrative, and manpower support to ensure the effective development, production, and sustainment of programs related to PM Tactical Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management Support: Provide program management support for organizational, administrative, and manpower efforts, including business planning and coordination of program milestones and key activities.
- Briefing and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and staff briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets to communicate program objectives and progress effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and sustainment of Strategic Plans, Programs, and Policies (SPPP) regarding PM Tactical Network’s development, production, and sustainment efforts.
- Business and Administrative Planning: Perform business and administrative planning, organizing, and coordinating actions to achieve overall program objectives.
- Management Support: Provide comprehensive management support including:
- Staff action tracking.
- Literature and reference material searches.
- Organization, management, and archiving of computer-based files.
- Preparation of memoranda and documentation.
- Processing deliverables.
- Scheduling and Milestone Tracking: Publish, distribute, and revise planning schedules for key activities, milestones, and critical path dependencies related to development and fielding for PM Tactical Network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in any field is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of program management support experience, specifically within the DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM) environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
