PotomacWave is looking for a Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting a Federal client in Washington, DC. This position functions as an intelligence program management support specialist. The position provides support by assisting with the creation of a hybrid integrated policy program, drafting and coordinating policies across the organization, and will assist federal program leads to support a prioritized annual policy work plan.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to draft policy documents including formal guidance and procedural documents
- Facilitate internal policy and external reviews and adjudicate input
- Coordinate for review and Director’s signature
- Add to the policy library
- Assist with policy library implementation and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with SMEs and contractor policy analysts
- Maintain the policy program SharePoint to include:
- Coordinating ‘Tracker’ data calls
- Keeping the policy library updated
- Developing a helpdesk function to triage incoming support requests
- Maintaining the policy library with current and historical references, ensuring it is user-friendly, easy to use, and professional
- Staff policy data calls, collaborating with SMEs, adjudicating input, and submitting official responses to RFIs for:
- ODNI Intelligence Policy and Advisory Group (IPAG)
- DOE RevCom and Directives Review Board (DRB)
- Participate in policy development as instructed by the Policy Director and in accordance with the policy system
- Collaborating with directorate policy authors and SMEs
- Coordinating executive staffing and help facilitate comment adjudication
- The internal policy documents to be drafted will cross several subject matters including, but not limited to:
- Enterprise Operations and Authorities
- Human Resources
- Security Activities
- Intelligence Activities
- Counterintelligence Activities
- Cyber Intelligence
Qualifications:
- Have ten (10) years of directly related experience performing administrative support functions specialized within the U.S. Government intelligence/counterintelligence, military, law enforcement, or similar communities
- Be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have experience in word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware, including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a business-related field required
- The selection of an individual for this position may be conditioned upon his or her successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination
- Must have an active TS clearance
