Program Management Assistant

About the Position:

• Full-time position assists the Residential and Community Treatment Programs in program development and implementation with a strong focus on data entry, data collection, reporting, file management, quality assurance, documentation and compliance.   
• Provides administrative assistance to the treatment team as assigned.  
• Provides training support to new staff on documentation and program processes, and the use of our agency database.

 What We Look For:

• Must be organized and detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Looking for a motivated self-starter able to work independently. 
• Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid VT Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation required; local travel may be required.

  • Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to deescalate and resolve sensitive situations respectfully.
