The Program Manager will lead post-close security integration activities for acquisitions. The role is focused on identifying and addressing security gaps, supporting security tooling deployments, and driving integration into the company's security processes. The Program Manager will collaborate with partner teams and manage risk-based access restriction initiatives for acquired entities and the organization's emerging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $80.00 to $106.00 per hour

The Program Manager will lead post-close security integration activities for acquisitions. The role is focused on identifying and addressing security gaps, supporting security tooling deployments, and driving integration into the company's security processes. The Program Manager will collaborate with partner teams and manage risk-based access restriction initiatives for acquired entities and the organization's emerging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Close Security Integration
- Collaborate with acquisitions post-close to identify security gaps, track remediation activities, and integrate the entities into the company's security processes.
- Deploy security tools within acquired entities’ legacy environments to gain visibility and enhance protection.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities' workflows into the organization's ecosystem.
- Risk-Based Access Restriction (RBAR)
- Manage user account mapping for ~95 entities, including acquisitions and emerging projects.
- Roll out user account mapping sheets and ensure timely completion through entity points of contact (POCs).
- Validate the mappings and coordinate with partner teams to establish a process for systematic ingestion into internal systems, ensuring timely access revocation upon termination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in the security domain (required).
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience in security assessments.
- Technical Program Management (TPM) experience with a focus on stakeholder engagement, project planning, and communications.
Pay Details: $80.00 to $106.00 per hour
