Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with local, state, and other service agencies for program development. You will be the primary point of contact between our company and these agencies, ensuring that our programs align with their requirements and standards.
2. Monitor case management of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the progress of individual cases, ensuring that they are managed effectively and efficiently.
3. Work directly with the Clinical Director in formulating policies and procedures according to the requirements set by the department. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our company's policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with the latest industry standards.
4. Leverage your extensive knowledge of community resources and the needs of youth to develop programs that effectively meet these needs. You will be expected to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the community and use this knowledge to inform our program development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in social science, education, or related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience to include one (1) year demonstrated supervisory experience or any combination of education and/or experience to equal seven (7) years. Which directly reflects a background in the areas described under duties, including (1) year of demonstrated supervisory experience.
2. Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including local and state agencies.
3. Demonstrated experience in monitoring case management of clients.
4. Experience working directly with senior management in formulating policies and procedures.
5. Extensive knowledge of community resources and the needs of youth, with a proven track record of developing programs to meet these needs.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
