Delta is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytics and Insights Program Manager with a strong background in data science, healthcare, and mixed methods research to join our Global Health and Wellbeing (GHW) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thematic analyses, supporting qualitative interviews, contributing to analytic projects related to employee health and wellbeing, and organizing all projects under the Health Analytics Team. This role will also involve leading meetings with vendors related to data gathering and requirements, performing quality control, leading focus groups, and assisting with strategy develop/design.
Key responsibilities:
- Qualitative Support: Assist in conducting qualitative interviews and perform thematic analyses to extract meaningful insights. Formulate strategies to use insights to drive positive business impacts.
- Analytic Projects: Support various analytic projects focused on employee health and wellbeing, providing data-driven insights. Help translate highly technical analyses into actionable recommendations to support the business.
- Project Management: Organize and manage all projects under the Health Analytics Team, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Vendor Coordination: Lead meetings with vendors to discuss data gathering and requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on all dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data visualizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis with a strong background in mixed methods research
- Type of Experience:

- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Proficiency in ETL processes, data transformation, and data integration.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL)
- Data Visualization: Exposure to creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Prior experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python), qualitative analysis tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to take technical work and processes and communicate in a clear, concise and understandable way to peers, cross-divisional team members, and all levels of internal and external management
- Collaboration Skills: Must be able to interact and collaborate at all levels within Delta and across groups
