About the Job
Teneo Linguistics Company (TLC) is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. As a small woman-owned language service provider, TLC operates globally and prides itself on its professional in-house team and commitment to values such as Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Partnership. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of projects within a program. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, budget management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program.
- Develop and execute program plans, including goals, objectives, and milestones.
- Manage schedules and teams to deliver products and services on time and on schedule.
- Project Oversight:
- Manage a team of project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure individual projects within the program align with the program's overall objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Communicate program progress, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources across projects.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify and proactively manage program risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and align with program goals.
- Implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in program management, including managing a portfolio of projects.
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a focus on results and attention to detail.
