Program Manager Army Accession Information Environment - Hyperion Biotechnology

Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations in support of the US Army's Human Resource Command DEERS/RAPIDS/CAC/ID/PKI Support Services at military facilities across the United States and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Manage daily operations of program
• Provide reports and attend government review meetings
• Train new employees on processes
• Manage personnel and workload to ensure all tasks are met

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in managing large-scale Government projects of similar size and scope
• Experience managing multiple personnel across multiple locations
• Experience in DEERS/RAPIDS CAC customer service programs desired
• Experienced with Government policies and procedures
• Must possess good analytical skills, time management skills, and be an independent thinker
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to obtain a favorable government security/background clearance
• Must speak, read, and comprehend English to read and understand printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and other materials to perform assigned duties.
