About the Job
- In this role, the Program Manager leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and/or modification of Technology projects
- Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements
- Help lead governance process to review tech investment contracts, against a set of principles and tenants, to provide go forward recommendations on next steps
- The Program Manager will help lead the discovery, prioritization and track execution on a large set of optimization opportunities across the Global Technology landscape the assignment
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years of directly relevant work experience
- One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law degree and 6 years of experience; Master's degree and 7 years of experience; Associate's degree and 9 years of experience; High School diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of IT Governance practices & processes
- Expert Level Project Management skills, especially within complex business environment.with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to meet resistance with a solutions mindset
- Highly organized & strong communication skills
- Strategic thinker with an Agile mindset
- Experience with leading RFP, Contract Review/Negotiation & Vendor Selection process
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work through shifting priorities while still managing overall outcomes
- Ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity
- Strong Visual Design + PPX skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
