Program Manager - Biopharma - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Companies is actively searching for an experienced Program Manager to join the team of a biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies in neurology and immunology. The ideal candidate will have experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of project management experience. This is a hybrid opportunity in either the Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC areas as needed, ideally once or twice a week, and must be present for important meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Drive various patient solutions by transforming the companies strategy into program delivery
• Manage sub-programs and projects to ensure they align with the standards and processes
• Serve as liaison for the Project Sponsor and be a standing member of the core project team
• Ensure program goals and strategies are appropriately framed, scoped, and executed
• Manage the culture in line with the organization's values while working with cross-functional teams
• Act as a champion for PM management techniques and processes

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

• Product launch experience required
• 5+ years Pharmaceutical industry experience
• 3 - 5 years of project management experience
• Proximity to Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC to come in as necessary, ideally once or twice a week, and for important meetings/events
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in different regions and locations concurrently

Compensation for the Program Manager:

• Salary Range: $50-$60/hr depending on experience
