Intertek is searching for an Program Manager - Clean Air to join our VOC Sustainabilityteam remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Sustainability Program Management!
The Program Manager - Clean Air is responsible for program management and development; both managing Clean Air projects from initiation to completion as well as growing the program. This includes effective day-to-day operation of the Clean Air program, and short and long term goal setting.

What you'll do:
- Responsible for managing Clean Air projects from initiation to ongoing recertification coordination
- Project management includes working with the client to develop list of products to be certified and necessary details needed to develop a test plan, working with sales team to develop quotes, working with testing team to develop a test plan, and certification package, and maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout testing and on-going communication for maintaining certification
- Program management includes scheduling of all projects with clients and the lab to ensure testing capacity is sufficient for client needs
- Developing new clients and on-board to the program
- Assist with improving the Clean Air program by making it more streamlined and transparent through effective documentation
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to Develop and promote Clean Air program
- Develop and enact plan to expand compliance with International requirements to enable Clean Air program acceptance into a variety of sustainability schemes
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when necessary
- Collaborate with Sustainability Lead Engineer on analysis, development, and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiencies, service delivery, revenue and improve customer experience.
- Maintain program quality systems including ISO 17065 accreditation
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of project or program management experience required; preferably in the fields of sustainability, administration, sales and marketing
- Experience maintaining productive working relationships with clients over years
- Excellent communication skills, in verbal, written and presentation formats
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working within an ISO 17025 or ISO 17065 accredited organization is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
