The Clinical Partnerships Program Manager will enhance the experience of Shaw associates and their families through Total Rewards. Primary responsibilities will include developing strategy, analyzing metrics and supporting day-to-day transactions for key clinical partnerships while driving members to high-quality, affordable care, ultimately supporting the associate experience, enhancing the Total Rewards package and aligning with The Shaw Way.
The ideal candidate must balance being task-oriented while also thinking strategically. S/he should be a quick learner to properly assess situations, programs, etc. and make the appropriate decisions for next steps/actions. Vendor relationships are also critical to the success of this role and include partnering to provide healthcare navigation services, identifying centers of excellence, and reviewing deidentified claims and claimant data. This role will also engage in clinical review of topics for associate outreach and affiliated content.
She/he will be responsible for collaborating with data analytics partners to better understand areas of opportunity as it relates to vendor performance and associate clinical needs. The ability to support multiple concurrent initiatives, develop and track measures of success, pay attention to detail and communicate effectively with associates, third-party vendors and internal business partners, are all imperative to the success of this role.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee clinical partnerships with vendors day-to-day and ensure high levels of performance and metrics are achieved consistently.
Develop relationships and collaborate with all third-party vendors, internal partners and Total Rewards teammates.
Develop relationships and support associates and covered members with direct outreach campaigns.
Assist the Senior Benefits Manager and Health & Wellness team with the creation and scripting of content for associate outreach campaigns.
Support Shaw’s Associate Experience strategy by reviewing wellness offerings and providing a clinical perspective.
Serve as liaison for clinical conversations with community providers.
Identify and interpret issues from clinical vendor reporting and make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.
Partner with the Benefits Manager and Lead Leave Administrator to provide a clinical review of Health & Wellness and Leave Mgmt. teams call centers conversations and email topics.
Support other internal partners including the communications team, data analytics manager, Total Rewards Health & Wellness Call Center and the Leave of Absence team with day-to-day clinical support, support for Premise Health’s Connected Care program, and claims assistance.
Assist with implementation and management of new Total Rewards offerings and vendors, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year degree in a Scientific or Healthcare discipline OR equivalent clinical experience.
Basic understanding of standard business practices
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with little supervision
Exhibits proper time management of assignments and responsibilities, including being organized and task oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to make decisions showing good judgment, proclivity to ask for and listen to team feedback, and propensity to action
Excellent analytical skills
Limited travel necessary (likely two to four times annually)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools
High level of confidentiality
