About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management in an industrial engineering or research & development setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven work history of creating technically accurate and high quality documentation
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Preferred Skills or Experience
- PMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of battery products is extremely helpful
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and open lines of communication
- Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports to update senior management on program performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary

Salary Range:USD $110,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
