Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Program Manager to work in our residential program in Concord, NH, which provides recovery-oriented services to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
As a Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations at the residential facility, training and supervising a team of clinical staff and managing staff’s schedules. The Residential Program Manager will also actively provide support for the residents of the facility, fostering relations with residents’ family members, as well as other community members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety and well-being of individuals living at the Fayette House Program.
- Provide oversight of quality services to ensure sanitary and safe, affordable housing.
- Supervise a team of Residential Rehabilitation Specialists who work with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, on achieving optimal recovery and independence.
- Manage and maintain staff schedules for a 16 hour/day program.
- Communicate and coordinate care with other service providers and property manager.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health service provision preferred.
- Experience providing mental health services in a residential setting preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- He-M 1202 Medication Certified or willingness to become certified.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance is required.
