PRIMARY PURPOSE Responsible for managing programs which may include grant development and implementation, staffing, budget and coordination of community agency services and educational activities depending on assigned area.

MINIMUMS SPECIFICATIONS

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES - SPARKS: a. Facilitates and provides operational oversight of robust workforce support programs throughout the hospital system. b. Creates and manages the on-call schedule for the program and is on call periodically. c. Facilitates program-related data collection and analysis. i.
