Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.5 years of experience with technical teams in project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.5 years of experience in either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fields.8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts
