Job Overview
We are seeking two technically proficient Program Managers to join our team in Okemos, Michigan. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in building and managing our DevOps environment, ensuring smooth operations and driving technological advancements within our organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the initiative to build and implement a robust DevOps environment
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of DevOps projects,from planning to execution and evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Oversee the integration of various tools and technologies within the DevOps ecosystem
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with DevOps implementations
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices and methodologies
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a DevOps or technical environment
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Excellent project management skills, including risk management and resource allocation
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• DevOps certifications(e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer)
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of compliance and security requirements in regulated industries
