Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to oversee our 24-hour Residential Program at Charles Street, Naugatuck , CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of a program for individuals with developmental disabilities, including employee scheduling, on-call coverage, licensing compliance, direct care, and stakeholder communication. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to identify and manage services is key.

Qualifications:
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in people management preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage multiple projects within the program
- Monitor individual progress and provide status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure 24-hour program coverage and participate in on-call rotations
- Identify and address program risks and issues
- Align program deliverables with organizational goals
- Manage program resources effectively
- Enhance program management processes and practices continuously
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for successful program delivery
