Location: Full-time Onsite (5x/week) in Hawthorne, CA for both positions

Compensation: Program manager : $130K - $165K DOE ,Senior Program Manager: $170K - $205K DOE

Position 1: Program Manager

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering, BS/MS in Management, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of program management experience
• Proven record in managing technical projects and budgets
• Preferable experience with engineering drawings and design tools
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred

Position 2: Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering, BS/MS in Management, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant program management experience
• Six Sigma/TQM certification or experience preferred
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and design tools
• P&L knowledge is a plus
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
