Complete Description:
This position, with the assistance of a Business Analyst, will lead the program from design through initial implementation to ensure milestones are met timely and that the project is completed by the necessary deadlines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented while envisioning overall operational goals and has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive changes across all functions.
The responsibilities and duties include:
· Process mining: gathering requirements by conducting discovery sessions with internal business owners and external stakeholders such as grant subrecipients.
· Analytical thinking: designing business processes and charts of accounts to ensure consistent and accurate accounting of grant receipts and expenditures through all grant lifecycles.
· Process mapping of present and future state workflows.
· Developing the content and structure of future financial and outcome reporting from grant subrecipients to OhioMHAS.
· Developing a model chart of accounts to be used by subrecipients to track and report financial data.
· Developing recommendations to streamline and improve internal processes and reporting to drive efficiency and operational improvement.
· Developing and documenting policies, procedures, and training guides to memorialize workflows.
· Liaising with technical leads to ensure the effective and timely implementation of a new reporting platform and integration of new payment processes with the accounting system.
· Monitor project milestones and phases to ensure the project is on schedule. Take corrective actions if a project begins to slip its schedule.
· Prepares status reports on a periodic basis for program team, team leads, group leads, and program manager and appropriate stakeholders.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related issues and resolution of issues.
· Identify and manage program risk and develops risk mitigation strategies, track to closure.
You’ll need the following qualifications and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study like Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
· Minimum four years of business analysis experience.
· Minimum two years in program management experience.
· Previous relevant experience in business process re-engineering.
· Experience with financial accounting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
· Advanced Excel knowledge

· Experience with Healthcare/Mental Health environment
· Experience with federal grants and associated processes and regulations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
· Ability to operate across the business and in different environments
