Cisco’s Security & Trust Organization (S&TO) is hiring a Remote Program Manager!
Location: Remote

Contract: Minimum 9 Months
Pay Rate: $115.00 per Hr

Within S&TO, the Information Security (InfoSec) organization ensures that Cisco and the enterprise systems that it runs on are secure every second of every day. As part of this mission, the team is passionate about enabling industry leading security across all the enterprise infrastructure that runs Cisco’s business through close partnership with our internal clients.
We find opportunities for partnership, identify risks and issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies. We embrace establishing and facilitating the interlock with our partners to drive execution. We align team members and collaborators to the program/project, ensuring everyone works together as an effective and cohesive unit.
Key Responsibilities:
This is PROGRAM manager position not project manager. TECHNIACL PROGRAM manager needed!
Pay Details: $115.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete large-scale projects that address client needs and security requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Develop, design, and implement improved business processes and technical solutions to meet security controls.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to project status and resource allocation.
- Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders to drive effective project execution.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance security posture across the organization.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management or related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability; willing to learn and take on varied responsibilities as business needs evolve.
- Proactivity: Known for being proactive, accountable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management models, including Agile, Waterfall, and/or Scrum methodologies.
- Cybersecurity experience desired such as security architecture, security product management, and/or security engineering experience
- PMP and/or Scrum Master preferred ( But not required )
- Experience with Service Now and Data Security desired but not required
