Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in program or project management.Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives or process development within a supply chain, operations, or engineering organization.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience in business strategy in a consumer technology or supply chain environment.2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with process development change management, hardware development, or cost management.Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting in front of executive leadership.Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels and functions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions

Responsibilities Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement a standard process and outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and tracking metrics to monitor progress.Align with sourcing leadership and define process to generate unbiased estimates.Coordinate with global supply managers, product cost managers, and leadership stakeholders to ensure completion of cost model reviews and validation.Publish communications and prepare executive presentations to summarize findings and recommendations of the team.Drive progress towards process cadence and standardization across groups and product lines.
