Role Title: Supply Chain Program Specialist
Duration: 6 Months
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote)
Work Schedule: Standard PST business hours, Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $ 61.76-$ 79.98 Per Hour
Project Overview:
The Networking and Optics SCPM team is currently managing a high volume of uncommitted programs, which has impacted our ability to scale effectively. To address this, we are assigning a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to each project, and an additional Supply Chain Program Specialist (SCPS) will assist in executing tasks essential for successful builds, tracking second-source qualifications, managing allocation deliveries, and ensuring material readiness. This will enable the SCPM to focus on strategic aspects, including SCM, second sourcing outlook, TSC/SAC alignment, system readiness, BOM readiness, and portfolio impact. By delegating these responsibilities, we aim to free up 20% to 50% of the SCPM's capacity, allowing them to support additional programs.
Overall Responsibilities:
The SCPS will support projects that have an assigned SCPM, including high-priority (P0) projects, projects with multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs), or those involving proprietary information. The SCPS will focus on tasks such as managing CTB (Cost to Build), second-source qualification tracking, allocation delivery, material readiness, and other supply chain-related duties. Their extensive supply chain knowledge allows for flexibility in the support provided.
