- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in supply chain operations and logistics.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, with experience in Reverse Supply Chain/Reverse Logistics.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPI’s, and diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

We develop RMA supply chain strategy and accelerate the reverse flow process throughout the product lifecycle to maximize supply for spares, collaborate with new product introduction (NPI) team to enable seamless efficient production ramp and transition on innovative new technologies. We drive RMA automation to improve operations efficiency and enable full traceability and lead and enable tools and process improvements to scale the RMA supply chain.
In this role, you will manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) supply chain efficiency to achieve cost savings through increased supply speed and predictability.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage RMA processes from data center back to Supplier and then return back into inventory. Define and drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and traceability of all RMA units throughout each supply chain node.
- Develop and implement RMA processes that scale to support the volume growth, new technologies/components, and with the different commodities suppliers.
- Contribute to developing both short-term and long-term systems and tools that enable RMA operational effectiveness.
