Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience with supply chain, spreadsheet software, and data analysis. In this Program Manager role, you will lead complex projects, define requirements, and guide projects through the entire project life cycle. You will also manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and you will keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Oversee and execute tasks to enable planning and ordering of the fleet's build-to-stock deployment model, including troubleshooting issues, identifying risk areas, and developing mitigation strategies. + Deliver Program Management efforts across various programs focused on business transformations. + Serve as team's main point-of-contact for systems and processes related to the build-to-stock deployment model, scoping sub-linear system improvements, providing design input for high-priority fixes/improvements, and vetting of feature requests/system changes.
