Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a **Program Manager IV** to be based in **San Diego, CA** * Manages more complex projects that tend to be larger in scope and dollar, thereby increasing the potential for larger change orders and consequences of error. * May act independently as the SD representative with consulting firms and ensures that the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements. * Manages projects which have greater complexity than a Program Manager III. * Increasing responsibility for leadership of direct reports. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Must be able to successfully pass client background check **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior DSA experience. + Experience with Propsal development is highly desired. + Prior experience working with a higher education clients. + Working with office suite and P6 is preferred. + Strong writing and presentation skills. + Working with project management software is highly preferred. **Additional Information** Sponsorship is not available for this position. This position will be working from the client site Monday - Friday. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
