About the Job
- Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, from high-level strategy (e.g., Gantt charts) to detailed execution; This includes developing timelines, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met
- Serve as a key communication hub across various organizational levels
- Communicate assertively with scrum masters and project teams, ensuring attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborate openly, offering constructive feedback on project processes and outcomes
- Present clear, concise updates and insights to executive leadership, adapting presentation style based on audience needs
- Develop and maintain schedules, track project milestones, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- After becoming familiar with team processes, provide thoughtful suggestions for improvement; We value a constructive approach, focusing on incremental, positive changes
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, tailored for specific audiences
- Use Jira (or similar agile tools) for managing project plans, timelines, and tracking project progress
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/programs from both a high-level and hands-on perspective
- Ability to tailor communication styles for different audiences-from team members to senior leadership-ensuring clarity, confidence, and openness in all interactions
- Proficiency in developing and presenting polished PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership
- Capable of evaluating existing processes and offering well-considered suggestions for improvements without rushing to critique
- Experience using Jira or similar agile tools to manage project plans and timelines effectively
- Technical Background: A basic understanding of technical environments is helpful, though coding expertise is not required
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting capacity is highly valued
- DevOps Experience: Experience working in a DevOps-oriented environment is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
