Program Manager - Monetization - INSPYR Solutions

Title: Program Manager IV
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 38 weeks (8.7 months) 
Compensation: $70.00 - $85.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
As a Program Manager IV, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end testing of new products within Monetization. This includes test planning, recruitment, campaign monitoring, prioritizing feedback, and final reporting of results. You will coordinate initiatives across cross-functional teams, aligning goals and ensuring milestone execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, and Data Science teams to manage test design, launch, monitoring, and analysis
• Acting as the primary point of contact for Product, Sales, and Data Science teams during test execution
• Overseeing product tests with advertisers, including managing and recruiting for alpha/beta tests
• Communicating insights and influencing cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmaps and solve problems at scale
• Facilitating meetings and discussions, documenting project status, and driving key decisions
• Improving processes based on impact metrics to enhance efficiency and quality
• Managing multiple projects (1-6 months duration) from start to finish

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work through ambiguity and solve unstructured problems
• Team-oriented and collaborative, with proven leadership skills
• Project management experience and capability to manage cross-functional strategic projects
• Knowledge of Ads and Digital Media operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or product strategy (3+ years with a Master’s degree)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a consulting or startup environment
