Your role will include training and matching caregivers with clients, scheduling, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Train and coordinate caregivers.
• Schedule and conduct client and family consultations.
• Ensure quality care and compliance with standards.
• Provide support and guidance to caregivers and families.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for eldercare and customer service.
• Proven experience in senior care and/or management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Previous caregiver experience is a plus.
• Healthcare management education is a plus.
