About the Job
TMC Technologies is searching for a Program Manager to be included in a bid effort to provide subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test/evaluation expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department.
Work is expected to begin in August 2025. Selected candidates will be required to sign a Letter of Intent.

Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS)
Marine Fixed Sites
Marine Intercom System
Light Marine Air Defense Integrated System (LMADIS)
Medium Range Intercept Capability (MRIC)
Installation small Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (I-CsUAS)
Medium Range Air Defense Radar (MRADR)
Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR)
Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC)

Ten years of specific experience, defined as:
Experience shall demonstrate monitoring and reporting Contract performance status and metrics, financial coordination and reporting, and the coordination of Task/Delivery Orders.
Experience includes leading and managing a large-scale enterprise level combat system development organization including system engineering, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, verification and validation, and deployment.
Experience shall include Navy and USMC combat system experience in one or more of the development areas listed in the SOW along with the training and skills necessary to conduct and coordinate contractual activities.
