Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager (Partnership Development) within the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey Reporting to the Senior Director of Administration, this position is responsible for development, implementation, evaluation, improvement, and communication of program and statewide partnership strategies for Cancer Health Equity Center of Excellence (CHECoE) and community outreach and engagement (COE) efforts (including ScreenNJ and related initiatives) This includes supervision, direction, and strategic oversight of personnel, systems, resources, activities, and budgets to ensure cross-functional alignment, progress towards goals, and consistent communication to partners, staff, funders, and other stakeholders.
