SUMMARY
Seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Program Manager to lead growth initiatives. This role is essential for driving ecommerce customer acquisition and retention by integrating and optimizing marketing and operational efforts across all channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management within a marketing function and a deep understanding of business challenges, enabling effective operation with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
- Lead meetings with key stakeholders, providing detailed insights into Omnichannel growth initiatives, particularly in digital merchandising and store operations.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints, identifying current capabilities and areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and measure comprehensive Omnichannel strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Track initiatives end-to-end and hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines and goals.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Omnichannel initiatives.
- Present strategic opportunities, business findings, and challenges to Senior Leadership.
- Collaborate with departments including marketing, operations, shopper experience, loyalty, analytics & data science, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in program management (including 2+ years in digital marketing).
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Deep understanding of Omnichannel strategies and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Flexible self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment; capable of working with minimal direction.
- High energy, intellectual curiosity, and passion for problem-solving with comfort in ambiguity.
