SUMMARY
Responsible for the planning and management of Divisional projects.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Planning and Coordination: Assembles project teams, coordinates workloads, assists in developing project timelines & budgets, and acquires resources needed to carry out the project. Participates in defining project scope and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Management: Manages the activities and communication between each functional group participating or impacted by the project. Serves as a divisional expert on the project. Works with vendors, project owners, directors and business partners to ensure delivery of a total, functional system and or completed project. are appropriately processed. Leads phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
Financial and Analytics: Works to adhere to project timelines, outcomes and budget. Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve efficiency of project. Implements and maintains quality assurance processes. Ensures compliance with policies and guidelines. Tracks and monitors project expenditures and encumbrances.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree. Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
