Job Description:
- Help track activity on air quality and water permits. From design to construction
- Very time sensitive materials

Requirements:
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
- Excellent discretionary ability and high sense of confidentiality, due to the nature of the information they will have to work with (new datacenter builds)
- Excellent Excel skills – ability to build out spreadsheets to track information on the status of air permit applications
- Working knowledge of PowerQuery and PowerBI to be able to build dashboards off of Excel data and other feeds to provide current status of background check paperwork submittal status, etc.
- Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and deliver those presentations as status update report outs or business cases to convince stakeholders they should align with our desired approach to a problem.
- Ability to intake new requests and requirements from partners/stakeholders and determine the impact of that change to our existing program if any.

Day to day tasks will be:
- Tracking permit application steps against timelines and creating metrics reporting
- Collaborating and working closely with other contractors who have the same or similar role and share an office.
- Interfacing with Microsoft FTEs and other vendors to provide and receive status reports on air permit applications
- Contacting individuals to provide instructions on completing permitting steps, following up with individuals who are overdue on tasks, escalating when someone has not completed tasks within x time frame
- Monitoring an email mailbox to answer questions by individuals regarding air permitting issues
- Data entry – taking information received in email and entering it into forms on SharePoint
- Interaction level with team: meeting with design managers, energy team and construction team
- Chance for flex hours or remote: must be local to area and able to be in office at times
