Overview
The Program Manager, Retail Systems is responsible for the management of Office Depot retail systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ System(s) planning, integration and functionality expertise.
+ Work closely with the retail organization to develop and drive business initiatives as they relate to systems
+ Responsibility for the chain-wide reliability, performance, and usability of retail systems
+ Apply process excellence methodology to problem solving and prepare upward communication and business requirement for recommended system enhancements for Office Depot's retail stores
+ Oversee chain-wide retail systems upgrades and partner with cross functional stakeholders to achieve desired results in regards to system deployment and execution.
+ Update and maintain all pertinent standard operating procedures in relation to their assigned systems
+ Serve as key "go to contact" to solution global store system related issues and questions.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years related experience
*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our HQ location in Boca Raton, FL will be required to work in the office a minimum of two to three days a week.
