Program Manager
Location: Round Rock, TX
Type: Contract
Rate: DOE
US citizen, Green Card preferred, and no third party agencies –C2C.
Must be flexible to work on different time zone as UAT is a global team
There is expectation to understand requirement, author scripts, data set activities
Must be having very good hand on power point creation skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for consistent application of all standard project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects Globally.
- Drives all aspects of program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring the following
- You will be responsible for identifying and managing risks, making sound judgments about quality, and stopping (or speeding up) production at the right time.
- Leading and coordination of design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external customers and/or partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years IT Project Management or engineering experience preferably with external customer facing web software projects.
- Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
- Ability to build relationships across the enterprise, and understand at a high level what initiatives are moving forward in other IT areas.
- Ability to identify leverage opportunities and communicate them to the project teams and/or business partners.
- Strong understanding of the links and dependencies between the projects and other in-flight projects and/or business initiatives.
-PMP and Scrum master certification preferred
-Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
- Experience in automated testing for Windows applications using Visual Studio Coded UI
- Expertise in C# scripting with Coded UI.
- Good knowledge on Visual Studio , Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) and TFS Tools
- Good Knowledge on Automation process and procedures
- Good understanding of object oriented programming, script design techniques.
- Good at debugging the code and fixing the issue.
- Should have involved in automation framework development
- Experience in XML and Database (SQL) concepts.
- Good understanding on parallel execution (Test agent and control)
- Good at Defect reporting and tracking
- Good to have knowledge on Microsoft AX Dynamics or any ERP application.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead the technical discussion and presentations
-Exp API testing and automation using Rest Assured
-Exp SoapUI, PostMan, Fiddler etc
-Must have excellent power point skills (Very critical requirement)
