The Program Manager, Social Media will deliver and execute Social Media marketing strategy across established and emerging platforms to boost brand awareness, customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Partner with Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams on assigned social media and other marketing channel initiatives in support of key business objectives.
* Responsible for social community engagement across all social platforms partnering with cross-functional teams to bring the DLV brand story to life through engaging and organic channel conversations.
* Manage overall social calendar and posting schedule, working cross-functionally to gather content ideas and partner with key stakeholders to meet the needs of the organization.
* Facilitate paid marketing campaigns and media placements and all relevant content creative reviews and approvals.
* Work with the Customer Engagement Center team to expediently manage customer service issues received through social networks.
* Support internal teams with extracting and analyzing paid media analytics, including engagement data and campaign KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
* Develop materials to present to leadership on strategy, planning and performance of various campaigns and initiatives as assigned.
* Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

SALARY
48672.00 - 78540.00 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
DLV Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Candidates for this position may have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*
Three years of hands-on social media channel experience required.
*
Working knowledge ofsocial/digital media tools, techniques and platforms required.
*
Experience with Meta Ads Manager tool required.
*
Project management experience required.
*
Proficient reporting skills and experience with web analytic tools required.
*
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.* Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlinessimultaneously.
* Domestic and/or international travel to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
* Highly motivated self-starter that drives results.
* Self-sufficient multi-tasker, proficient in original approaches and innovative ideas.
* Must possess strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
* Must demonstrate strong English language writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
* Must be able to communicate with management, staff and customers effectively and professionally as well as demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills and the ability to influence others.
* Ability to think creatively, solve problems collaboratively and works quickly under deadline.
