About the Job
Seeking Program Manager to implement changes coming from DMAIC process improvement projects in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant. Program Manager must be an excellent leader and able manage change ensuring Stakeholders are engaged and informed while all who are affected by changes are adequately communicated with.
Candidates will have 10+ years of background in project management (PMP preferred), and at least one major program implementation (in a manufacturing plant).
Background in Aseptic Processing preferred but not required.
Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Medical Device or Biotechnology background strongly preferred.
Engagement will be for 6-9 months with possibility of extension.
