Program Manager - Tech - Navistar, Inc.

Minimum Requirements:

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Tech  in Lisle, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience OR 10 years of technical project/program management experience including 1 year of lead experience. Required Skills: Assess quality concerns following the Six Sigma methodology, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), or Lean to define a problem based on critical to quality characteristics, establishing measurement metrics to identify trend pattern, acting on the sources of variation in the process to improve pass rate and ensure proper controls to prevent degradation of the established actions (2 yrs); Use Project management tools such as Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Lean, and Waterfalls to address quality issues and define timelines to identify root-cause, and implement interim and permanent corrective actions (2 yrs); Define multiple concerns into key prioritization criteria and execute time sensitive responsive actions using RedX, Paretos, and Weibull analysis to determine issue root cause (2 yrs); Impact company KPIs related to customer satisfaction establishing goals to improve issue resolution velocity, reduction of defects assigning projects based on Pareto rule and reduction of warranty spent based on Finance Road maps (2 yrs). 100% travel required (95% travel required is local); must live within normal commuting distance of Lisle, IL and near a major airport due to international travel.
